Carolina Cool will perform regular Preventative Maintenance during normal working hours. Carolina Cool will attempt to contact you for scheduling your visits. It is also your responsibility to schedule these visits within the time frame of this agreement. Please do so. No extensions or special considerations shall be allowed for missed visits. Carolina Cool, Inc. will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Carolina Cool shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay beyond our control or unavailability of parts from the manufacturers. This agreement does not cover material or labor for repairs or any service visits. No service will be rendered under this agreement if the customer has a past due account. Customer must provide reasonable access to the equipment for routine maintenance and service visits. Nuisance calls where there is nothing wrong or due to improper operation are chargeable at regular labor rates. This agreement is transferable but not refundable.
